Qualifications

Mr. Kamunya holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours degree (LLB. Hons) from Moi University and is a holder of Diploma in Law, from Kenya School of Law. He is a Licensed Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Masters in Law in Oil and Gas from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen Scotland.

Mr. Kamunya is an expert in Oil & Gas. He is also a litigation lawyer. He has previously worked at various law firms which focused their practice in civil and commercial litigation. He possesses legal electoral experience, having been part of the team which conducted the 2010 Constitutional Referendum, drafted the current electoral laws and managed the 2008 election petitions. He also worked for an international mission which monitored the historic 2013 general elections.
